Your sponsorship will help us lower the barrier of entry, thus helping young professionals to attend and to be able to share the visions and experience together with the best in the field of Rock Grouting. It will also guarantee you and your organisation participation in this event while in return providing an opportunity to prominently display your brand to the top thinkers, engineers, content providers, and innovators.

• 10 minutes pitch on the symposium stage**
• 1 page advertisement in symposium program

• Company logo including short slogan projected at the main screen during breaks
• Company logo on symposium giveaways, to participants (in agreement with organiser)

General sponsor 3 300 EUR*

• 7 minutes pitch on the symposium stage**
• Company logo on printed material (Program) and on website
• Company logo on symposium umbrellas to all participants

Alternative options to visualize companies

The following may be sponsored by companies. The sponsor name/logo will be announced at the occasion on site:

• Grouting Course (Sept. 11^th)   500 EUR*
• Coffee breaks                          400 EUR* per coffee break (total 4)
• Lunches                                   800 EUR* per lunch (total 2)
• Symposium dinner               1 600 EUR* (total 1)

EXHIBITION PACKAGE 1 975 EUR*

The symposium exhibition package includes:

• Exhibition booth for 2 days
• Space: approx. 4 m2. For Prime Sponsor approx. 8 m2
• 1 table (120×50 cm), 1 chair, and electricity
• 1 exhibitor. The exhibitor (1 person) is registered as ordinary Symposium delegate with full access to the program including lunches, coffee, and dinner. Any additional exhibition staff should register as ordinary Symposium delegate
• Additional material/equipment may be ordered

*) VAT 25% will be added. Companies domiciled outside Sweden are exempt from Swedish VAT
**) Pitch/presentation to be focused on technical content, e.g. new ideas, innovations, research.
